Biometric technology has been seen as a driving force for the future direction of strong authentication. Although deemed by many scholars secure method identification and verification, few banks in Kenya have implemented use biometric features such fingerprints customer systems user identification. There are some that put place system but failed to fully utilize system.What could be key determinants successful implementation or adoption verification.
